Cutting to size and fixing
Cutting to size
PVC can be worked like wood. All joinery tools and machines can therefore be used (cutting tools should protrude minimally) and aluminium saws (small toothed blades).
Door protection: Decosheet panels can be drilled for door handles using an ordinary drill with a wood or steel bit.
Fixing
It is very important – for optimum results – to use a roller when installing any products requiring the use of glues or self-adhesive tape.
For best results, products using adhesive should be installed at a temperature of +10° C on regular, undamaged, and perfectly clean surfaces. The adhesive can be used on all surfaces except those that are plastic-coated or ceramic.
Please do not hesitate to ask for our advice. It is extremely important, when working with glued mountings, to work on a clean, dry surface that is free from any trace of grease or dust.
