Installation advice
Recommendations
If the products are stored in unheated premises during winter or exposed to sun in summer, they should be left in the premises where they are to be installed for at least 24 hours beforehand.
When installing full length or half-height Decosheet panels, fit an expansion joint if the panels are to be exposed to temperature variations greater than 10°C.
Performer, Perfecta and Starline handrails: use pop rivets to fix wall returns on profile before fixing the handrails to the wall.
It is not advisable to install the products on walls or doors exposed to intense direct sunlight (opposite a picture window for instance) as this may cause the PVC to expand or fade.
If the products are to be installed in temperature conditions very different to 20°C (such as unheated premises in winter), take into account dimensional variations indicated in the below table.
