SPM reaches 80/100 on the gender equality index
The gender index is part of the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future of September 5, 2018. It is calculated from 4 or 5 indicators depending on the size of the company.
As a company with more than 80 employees, SPM measures 4 indicators of the gender index.
- Pay gap ;
SPM gets a score of 33/40
- Individual increase rate differential ;
SPM gets a score of 35/35
- Percentage of employees receiving a raise upon return from maternity leave ;
Not calculable for the year 2024
- Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the highest paid ;
SPM gets a score of 0/10
The total of these indicators, whose calculation methods are set by decree, varies between 0 and 100 points. Corrective action must be taken if the overall index score is below 75 points.
SPM scored 80/100 in 2024: this excellent result reflects a long-standing policy geared towards professional equality, which begins with almost perfect parity in the workforce and its management committee.
In 2025, SPM has set up an action plan to improve professional equality between women and men around 4 major axes:
- Employment ;
- Health and security ;
- Work-life balance ;
- Effective remuneration.
